'Palace of Dreams' is a bespoke illustrated mural I created in November 2023 for 25Hours Hotel Dubai x Working From. I sought to capture a curious and ethereal world with many moments that invite the viewer to pause, reflect, and dream. The more time the viewer spends exploring the mural, the more details emerge, similar to dream analysts, who uncover new meaning with each reflection.
A falcon man with a mom tattoo and falcon pet, a coy tiger whose backside invites a teasing snake, and cows being swallowed into the pastel green glow of a flying saucer are just a few elements that add to the sense of comical mystery found in 'Palace of Dreams'.
This mural was developed to specifically create a sense of playfulness and intrigue in this space, and to invite those who work and regularly engage in the space to explore and dream a bit more. This project really allowed me to get creative and develop ideas without boundary or limitation.
